Why should you visit SNEYDERS at Fachpack 2019?
- Come and convince yourself of the user friendly filling and capping machines of Sneyders.
- Discover how easy it is becomes with the Scaldis filler to change over from bottle format and CIP your machine.
- See how it becomes possible to cap 5 liter jerrycans at a speed of 2300 bph with a single head capping machines or to orient asymetric caps with the servo driven capping head.
- Consider how easy and accurate the Amazon range of fillers dose with the correct weight 5 to 30 liter containers. All three machines will be working during the Fachpack show.
Sneyders will show the Scaldis range of fillers and cappers for bottles between 100 and 5000 ml as well as the Amazon filler for jerry cans between 5 and 35 liters. The Scaldis doses on the basis of either pistons or flowmeters, whereas the Amazon fills on the basis of scales. Both fillers have the possibility to include a Clean In Place (CIP) system to make a rapid change over between different product possible.
Need a filler for smaller volumes or for drums and IBC's?
Although we will not have them on display, we will have ample documentation to show you our capability to fill smaller bottles as well as drums and IBC’s. Or what about a full automatic line for cleaning and drying IBC’s?
