PE Labellers, manufacturer of labelling machines, has acquired its rival OCEA from Acma. The agreement states that PE Labellers will obtain all intellectual rights and will provide after-sales to existing customers. The supply of original spare parts and size parts, upgrading existing machines and the overhaul of machines will be done by PE Labellers and its distributors.
PE Labellers not only makes size parts for its own machines but is also capable of manufacturing size parts for most other brands. Also, the complete overhaul of machines is one of PE Labellers’ capabilities.
"Seamco works with manufacturers who each specialize in one function of the packaging line," says Yves Van Bavel, Seamco’s Managing Director. "The acquisition by PE Labellers of OCEA demonstrates PE’s will to focus on labelling machines."
Seamco is the distributor of PE Labellers for the Benelux. For all questions related to our after-sales service, please contact Luc Hulselmans, Seamco’s After Sales Manager or Nele Verdyck by phone at +32 3 475 06 60.
